Diese Aussage kommt vom WIIW (Wiener Institut für Internationale Wirtschaftsvergleiche). So ist Anfangs 2010 "das Schlimmste vorüber - aber auch das Beste". Somit wird 2010 eine Stagnation der generelle Wirtschaft erwartet und bis 2012 wieder ein höheres Wirtschaftswachstum - auch gegenüber den westeuropäischen Länder. Damit ist das WIIW in gleicher Aussage wie andere Prognose-Häuser. Jedoch ist ein gesunde Vorsicht wichtig bei der Interpretation und Umlegung auf die eigenen Zielsetzungen. Zum einen werden die Wirtschaften die Maastrichter-Vorgaben wieder zu erfüllen haben, zum anderen erleben wir vermehrt im privaten Investitions- und Fertigungsumfeld die Trennung von zukunftsorientierten Firmen zu solchen, welche bei den notwendigen Entwicklungen nicht (mehr) mithalten können.

INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING AND AUTOMOTIVE American industrial group Honeywell is considering building a break pad factory near Ploiesti in Romania . This would be the first Honeywell factory fully equipped with the Hot Press latest technology, and it would allow the group to operate closer to its clients' production facilities in Eastern Europe . Honeywell has 1,500 employees and runs two factories in Romania . Chinese telecom equipment producer ZTE and drug producer Terapia Ranbaxy have expressed their interest to take over Nokia's factory in Jucu, near Cluj – Napoca in Romania , once they will be shut down. The industrial production in Romania went up by 1.9 percent compared to the previous month, due to the increase recorded in all three industrial sectors, namely the production and supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning (up 6.5 percent), mining (up 2.8 percent), and manufacturing (up 1.8 percent), according to the Romanian Statistics Institute (INS). Automobile Dacia manufactured at its Mioveni plant 1.5 million vehicles on the X90 platform, which includes the range of models Logan, Logan MCV, Logan Van, Logan Pick-Up and Sandero with its version Stepway. The first automobile built on the X90 platform is a red Logan sedan with a 1.2 liter engine of 75 HP, which will go to a customer in Romania . The German car-parts manufacturers, Continental and Draxlmaier, expressed their intentions to invest by 2013 up to EUR 169 million in expansion of their operations in Romania . Continental is planning a EUR 15.7 million expansion of the Contitech Fluid Automotive plant, with another EUR 71 million for the expansion of their facilities in Timisoara . New production units will be opened in Sibiu and Brasov , worth EUR 35 million and EUR 20 million, respectively. Draxlmaier is looking to invest some 27 million EUR in Romania.

Bulgarien unter den Top 30 Offshoring Länder (1.2.2011)
Bulgarien kam an die Spitze der sog. Gartner-Tabelle für das Auslagern von Businessprozessen in der Region Europa, dem Nahen Osten und Afrika. Die Analysten des Marktforschungsinstituts haben anhand von zehn Kriterien eine globale Top-30-Liste erstellt, darunter Fremdsprachenkenn-tnisse, Staatshilfen, das Vorhanden von Fachspezialisten, Infrastruktur, Kosten, wirtschaftliche und politische Lage etc. Bulgarien ist eines von acht Ländern, welches zum ersten Mal in die Rankingliste aufgenommen wurde.
